Our Team
What began as a dream in Mariah Crump’s heart has grown into a purpose-driven mission to serve and uplift young people. After seeing the need for more programs dedicated to youth development, guidance, and support, Mariah took a leap of faith and created a space where young people could be encouraged, empowered, and inspired to reach their full potential.
From day one, Melinda Crump-Obryant and Arvurne Whitfield believed in that vision. Their unwavering support, dedication, and shared passion have helped build the foundation of everything we do. Together, we are more than a team—we are a family united by a commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
Our passion is rooted in people, growth, and advocacy for children. We believe in giving back, paying it forward, and creating opportunities that leave lasting impacts for generations to come.
